PRICING
Prices are subject to change without notice, and are quoted in Euro (EUR), excluding packaging and postage. All prices include statutory sales tax (19%). If you order from somewhere other than Europe sales tax will be deducted from the billing amount as soon as you select your country of residence at the beginning of the checkout.

CONTRACT
The representation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the ‘Commit to buy’ button, you submit a binding purchase. The purchase contract will be concluded when and as soon as we send an express order confirmation or dispatch the ordered goods. An e-mail from us merely confirming receipt of the order does not constitute our binding acceptance of the purchase offer.

DELIVERY
The conclusion of the contract is subject to correct delivery by our supplier. This does not apply if we are responsible for the non-delivery, in particular, if we have not arranged any congruent coverage. We will inform you about the non-availability of goods and will immediately refund any payments which have already been made.

SHIPPING
We ship worldwide with DHL or Deutsche Post. „Päckchen” and „Brief international” are always sent recorded, „Paket” is in addition to that insured.

Orders designated for shipment to countries outside of the EU may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees.

Customers outside of the EU please be aware that parcels and bottles/containers may be opened by customs, both within Germany and in the country of destination (irrespective of any documentation present).
Liaison Carbone shall in no event be liable for any damage or loss that might result from these processes.

RIGHT OF REVOCATION
You may cancel our contract at any time up to the end of the fourteenth working day from the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract.
To make use of your right of revocation you must notify us by email at shop@liaison-carbone.com.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum transferred via bank account or PayPal will be credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods for refund or exchange, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.
Modified goods as well as goods which were ordered especially for you are excluded from the right of return.
